If filters are soiled very much they provoke a high drop in pressure. The consequence of this will be a too low recirculation air, a bad drying and a too high solvent concentration.

By installing pocket filters with a major filter area and a lower drop in pressure this problem will be resolved. To reach a better air distribution it is possible to add an extra baffle plate.

By installing a steady-state diffential pressure measurement the drop in pressure can be measured. A switch contact will activate a maintenance signal to the machine staff.
